A useful Christmas lighting proposal should make the scope clear before you approve it. For a Greater Houston home, business, HOA or church, the important questions are which areas will be lit, what lighting is supplied, when the work can happen and what service is included after installation.
1. The areas and design you are approving
Identify the rooflines, entrances, trees, landscape borders, wreaths or garland included in the plan. If you shared an inspiration photo, confirm which parts of that look the proposal covers. A photo of a large display is a helpful reference, but it does not define the scope for a different property.
2. Lighting and materials
Kingdom supplies professional lighting and materials for approved displays. We do not install customer-owned lights. Ask the team to clarify the selected colors, patterns and display elements, along with the equipment arrangements stated in your agreement.
3. Installation timing and access
Share your preferred timing and any dates that matter, such as a community event, church service or business opening. For a commercial or community property, identify the person who approves the design and the person who coordinates site access. Confirm the proposed schedule with the team rather than assuming a requested date is booked.
4. Seasonal care
Check which service is included during the season and how to contact Kingdom about an existing display. Your agreement defines the coverage. If a response deadline is important to your property, discuss it before approval.
5. Takedown and storage
Confirm the removal arrangements, access requirements and storage included in your plan. These details should be understood at the start of the season, not left as questions after Christmas.
What affects the estimate?
Coverage, roofline complexity, tree size, display elements and installation access all affect the proposed work. Share an address, ground-level property photos, your priorities and a budget range if you have one. You can begin without knowing every measurement.
