We provide you with a quote on your decorations that may include a photoshop rendering and a breakdown of our estimated services. There's also options to choose from if interested.
Now we're at the fun part of making our color selections and scheduling our installation. Our team can assist you in the design if needed and we also can make upgrades and suggestions during the installation.
There are a few key points to consider during the installation of your project. We will bring all of the materials needed to complete the installation, we just need the area free and clear of vehicles and or debris.
We warranty each and every decoration until Christmas day that year. We are only a phone call away at any time to make a repair or maintainence to your lighting system.
We will schedule your lighting removal in the month of January. Our company will carefully remove the decor and then prepare the lighting for off-season storage at our facility.
Most of the season, we're only 2 days out on scheduling. This however may not be the case the first and second week of November. Please check with the office on scheduling concerns and we will do our best to accomidate you.
Absolutely! We recommend that all of our clients make sure they have everything they want in their display before the installers complete the installation. If you have any questions about upgrades, please let your installer know or contact our office.
We automatically schedule the take down of the lighting but will check with you to see if you have any preferences. You will receive communication from our office before the new year.
